Let’s take some time to celebrate the positives in our small, rural community! Our alumni, students, parents, and stakeholders have so much to be proud of here in Oglethorpe County, and it’s time to show that pride.
We invite you to share your favorite memory, meaningful experience, or activity from your time in our schools or within the OC community—or even what you’re doing now! Alumni, please include your graduation year when you post on our social media channels.
These designs are meant to bring us together and showcase our shared pride. We’ll be opening orders soon for t-shirts, car decals, and computer stickers—so stay tuned!
As Military Appreciation Month approaches in May, we also want to honor our former graduates who are currently serving full-time in the military. Please share a photo in uniform along with your name, rank, and duty station (if permitted). As a thank you for your service,, we will be sending each of you a free “Made in the OC” t-shirt!
Please email blevine@oglethorpe.k12.ga.us with your name, mailing address and shirt size. Parents, feel free to help spread the word!
We can’t wait to see your stories, memories, and accomplishments—let’s show just how special our community truly is!
